My technical writing process is pretty simple …
- First, I seek to understand.
- Then, I ask a lot of questions (via Virtual Meetings, Email, Slack, Teams, and/or Loom).
- Then, I generate a working draft (and share it immediately).
- Then, I ask some more questions.
- Then, we agree on the finished product.
- Then you get to share your voice with the world.
